If the Vehicle or Charger is Not Responding...

If charging is not working, try the following troubleshooting procedures:

  1. Inspect the charger plug and inlet for any wear, discoloration, or damage.

  2. Unplug and replug the charger.

  3. Check for any vehicle fault messages displayed on the dash.

  4. Check if the charger status light is green or red.

  5. Check if the charger’s emergency stop button is pressed.

  6. Cycle the key on and off.

  7. Power cycle the charger, if possible.

  8. Use another charger with the same vehicle.

  9. Use the same charger with a different vehicle.
