Hazard Warning Lights

The hazard warning light flasher (see Fig.) is typically part of the multifunction turn signal switch. To operate the hazard lights, pull the tab out. All of the turn signal lights and both of the indicator lights on the control panel will flash. To cancel the hazard warning lights, push the turn signal control lever either up or down, then return the lever to its neutral position.

Western Star vehicles may be equipped with an optional hazard warning light switch located on the right-hand dash panel. To operate the hazard lights, press the upper half of the switch. To cancel the hazard warning lights, press the lower half of the switch.
