Reporting Safety Defects
Vehicles domiciled in the USA that are thought to have a defect that could cause a crash, injury, or death, should immediately be reported to theNationalHighway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and Daimler Truck North America LLC.
If the NHTSA receives similar complaints, it may open an investigation; if it finds that a safetydefectexists in a group of vehicles, it may order a recall and remedy campaign. However, NHTSA cannot become involved in individual problems between you, your dealer, or Daimler Truck North America LLC.
