Your Rights

Your vehicle ("Vehicle") may be equipped with one or more devices that gather information described below regarding the Vehicle and the environment in which it may be operating ("Telematics Information"). The devices may periodically send Telematics Information to Daimler Truck North America LLC ("DTNA"). Additionally, DTNA and its dealers may manually retrieve Telematics Information from the devices for the purposes described below.

You may ask DTNA to discontinue receiving and retrieving Telematics Information from the devices on your Vehicle. If you do so, you will be unable to receive telematics subscription services relating to your Vehicle and unable to remotely receive important Vehicle software updates, among other things.
