Collection Method

Your vehicle ("Vehicle") may be equipped with one or more devices that gather information described below regarding the Vehicle and the environment in which it may be operating ("Telematics Information"). The devices may periodically send Telematics Information to Daimler Truck North America LLC ("DTNA"). Additionally, DTNA and its dealers may manually retrieve Telematics Information from the devices for the purposes described below.

The Telematics Information may be transmitted automatically or manually from the devices on your Vehicle to DTNA or Detroit Diesel Corporation (DDC) through diagnostic tools, including but not limited to DDC DiagnosticLink.
