Activating or Deactivating

When the engine is turned on, LDW is automatically activated. Pressing the lane alert switch will deactivate LDW for a minimum of 15 minutes. See Fig..

LDW is not active if:

  • the driver presses the lane alert switch; or

  • the system is searching for a lane.

If there is a system error, the LDW indicator lamp will illuminate. See Fig..
