Reset Procedure

Transmission operation can sometimes be restored by doing
the following reset procedure:
- Stop the vehicle when it is safe to do so. Set the parking
brake.
- Place the selector switch in neutral and turn off the ignition.
- Check all harness connectors as described in Safety Precautions.
- Wait at least two minutes with the engine shut down.
- Restart the engine.
If the problem continues, contact an authorized Freightliner
or Eaton service facility.
