Hill Start Aid Override Switch

Some vehicles are equipped with a Hill Start Aid (HSA) feature to prevent the vehicle from rolling while on steep grades and to allow for a controlled launch. HSA is "on" by default. It can be turned off by pressing and releasing the HSA override switch on the dash (see Fig.).
