Inspect the air intake system as part of the air
system following recommendations in the maintenance tables using the
appropriate engine duty cycle; see Preventive Maintenance Tables.
Inspect the air intake system as follows:
Inspect
all the connections in the air system to make sure they are tight
and leak-free.
Check
all hoses and ducting for punctures, deterioration, or other damage.
Note: If any of the above conditions exist it may be
necessary to take the vehicle to an authorized Detroit™ service
outlet.
