Note: Checklists in this chapter correspond with the procedures and steps in see Periodic Inspections and Maintenance, General Information, Pre- and Post-Trip Inspections and Maintenance. Your vehicle may not be equipped with all components listed below.

See the following tables for a list of procedures that should be performed daily, before the first trip. Place a check mark in the Done column to indicate a procedure has been performed.

            Check the air governor cut-in and cut-out pressures.

            Inspect mirrors, windows, and windshield.

            Ensure the horn, windshield wipers, and windshield washers are working properly.

            Verify heater and defroster are working properly.

            Check the operation of all interior lamps

            Check the operation of all exterior lamps.

            Inspect all seat belts and tether belts.

            Make necessary mirror adjustments.

            Test the service brakes.

            Test the backup beep.

            Test the gas detection system.
