Deactivating Optimized Idle

Optimized Idle can be shut down by:

using the Optimized Idle menu screens on the driver display;
turning off the ignition;
using the drive-away feature, as follows:
- If the engine is running: Release the parking brakes, put the transmission in gear (automated/automatic transmissions), or depress the clutch (manual transmissions).
  
  If the engine is not running: Start the engine. Release the parking brakes, put the transmission in gear (automated/automatic transmissions), or depress the clutch (manual transmissions).
- Let the engine return to base idle. The telltale will turn off. Optimized Idle is now disabled.
