Replace the hydraulic clutch control fluid to ensure clutch function is reliable and correct. It can be changed by pressure bleeding or manual bleeding. Pressure bleeding can be done by one person and manual bleeding requires two.

Warning: Hydraulic clutch control fluid (DOT 4 brake fluid) is hazardous. It may be a skin irritant and can cause blindness if it gets in your eyes. Always wear safety glasses when handling it or bleeding hydraulic lines. If you get it on your skin, wash it off as soon as possible.

Notice: Do not spill hydraulic clutch control fluid on the cab paint. Clean it off immediately if any is spilled. Brake fluid can damage paint.

Important: The pressure line must slope continuously downward between the main and secondary cylinders. On some vehicles, the securing clamps may need to be removed to achieve this and allow the air to be purged.
