Inspection and Cleaning of the External A/C Condenser

On vehicles manufactured from July 2011, the ParkSmart A/C condenser is located on the backwall of the sleeper. Inspect the condenser as follows.

  1. Remove the inspection plate on the bottom of the condenser module. See Fig..

    Note: Remove the inspection plate.

    2. Note: If the condenser core has a build up of fine debris, an A/C core cleaner, approved for copper and aluminum cores, and a low pressure water can be use to clean it.

  2. Clean out any debris in the module.
  3. Install the inspection plate.
