BrakeSync

BrakeSync is a supplemental air brake system for towing a vehicle. It uses air from the chassis and supplies it to the towed vehicle during brake applications through a coupler. See Fig. for an example of the coupler.

If the recreational vehicle is equipped with BrakeSync, an Air Force One kit from Demco (that is compatible with the Freightliner Custom Chassis coupler) must be installed on the towed vehicle to use the BrakeSync system.
