1. At engine overhaul, and whenever the engine has been removed, inspect the lower and upper isolators, and replace them if they are worn.
2. Inspect Meritor Unitized Wheel Ends at 200,000 miles (321 870 km), and then every 50,000 miles (80 470 km).
3. Check the end play at 200,000 miles (321 870 km), and then every 200,000 miles (321 870 km).
4. For Schedule II vehicles with Detroit axles, complete this procedure once a year or every 25,000 miles (40 000 km), whichever comes first.
5. Complete this procedure every 25,000 miles (40 225 km), 3 months, or 500 operating hours, whichever comes first.
6. The automatic drain valve should be inspected every 6 months or 1500 operating hours, whichever comes first.
7. Replace the HVAC filters every 6 months regardless of mileage.
