The sensor monitoring range is the area on the passenger-side of the vehicle that the sensors can assess for proximity of moving objects and stationary obstacles.
Sensor monitoring range of SGA
SGA only monitors the passenger-side of the vehicle and one trailer. The two dark cones indicate two sensors: one angled toward the front of the truck; one angled toward the back. Objects within 6-inches of the truck are not detected. Monitoring of other areas would require additional equipment that is outside the scope of this section.
